Michael Tardiff has been working with teams to deliver software and services for three decades. He has experience in operating systems development, enterprise portals, Web-based B-to-B e-commerce, data communications networks, Web presence, SaaS, and telecommunications products.

Michael has been a product manager, program manager, project manager, and director of product management, but he has delighted and been successful in no position more than those of ScrumMaster and Agile coach. Working with teams that want to learn how to use Agile methods or to use them better, nothing makes him happier than “hearing development happen” as teams collaborate, pair-program, and remove impediments…except helping the team celebrate when the sprint is done.

Michael has presented at Agile 20xx, Scrum Gatherings, Agile Open Northwest, Agilepalooza, and regional user groups. He sometimes tweets and blogs on Agile topics, serves on the board of Agile Open Northwest, helps coordinate the Puget Sound user group Beyond Agile, sporadically co-hosts "The Agile Coach" podcast (available on iTunes), and sails the waters north of Seattle.
